If you are a woman who just met this cute guy, maybe you are thinking of having a first date. It’s lucky for you if he asked you first. However, if he didn’t, do not too shy to ask him first. Just tell him that there’s a good movie to watch this weekend or there’s a grand opening of an interesting restaurant. When the time and place has been set, you have to be aware of some date night’s dos and don’ts.
1.Prepare a nice image
First date is not a perfect time to “really know” each other, especially bad habits. You just want to know each other in general way and have a good time. Just share about what you both like and some common or current issues. However, don’t be a rigid person and be who you are. One important thing is to always to look at your partner’s eyes while talking. Then remember, always be polite and say thank you every time he treats you nicely.
2. Dress to impress
Every woman wants to look beautiful on her first date. However, do not put too much effort on it. Wear what you like and what’s comfortable for you. You can wear make-up as well, but it’s always better to chose natural colors.
3. Chit-chat here and there
You all know that first date is always be a perfect first step to get to know each other. That’s why finding a light topic to talked about is always a good way for it. Share some jokes also, and don’t be afraid to giggles while he’s telling his. Maybe it’s hard to always do the talking because usually on a first date people get really shy. Sometimes it’s possible too that you two run out of topics suddenly. If this happens, just let it for a moment, let the situation melts for a while. Then, start a light topic of conversation again or you can just decide to go for a walk and look around.
Those are some tips that probably will help you through the first date. After you successfully though it, the decision to get the next date is on your hand. If you find that you enjoy going out with him, do not hesitate to tell him “let’s do it again someday.” However, if you feel that he was not just into you, you can stop on the first date yet still keep a good relationship with him.
